Betin04 Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the betin04 platform and all its users ("you" or "member"). By using the betin04 website or any of its associated services, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms.

Betin04 is an online betting platform operating under an international gaming licence. We offer Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and a range of other gaming services. Reading these Terms in full before accessing the platform is mandatory.

The following eligibility criteria must be met to use the betin04 platform:

• You may only hold one account registered in your own name. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted.

You must provide accurate and complete information when opening an account on betin04. Registering with false information will result in account closure and forfeiture of any winnings.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. This requires a photo of your National ID or passport along with a selfie. KYC approval is typically granted within 24–48 hours.

Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. betin04 will not be liable for any losses resulting from sharing them with another person. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact support immediately.

Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned. There are no additional charges on deposits.

Betin04 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read before use. The general bonus terms are as follows:

• Wagering Requirement: A minimum wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. This is typically between 5x and 30x, and is specified individually for each offer.
• Validity Period: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Maximum Bet Limit: A maximum single bet limit may apply while a bonus is active.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses apply only to specific games or categories.
• One Bonus Per Account: Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same household or IP address is strictly prohibited.

All bets on betin04 are governed by the following rules:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cashout feature is available).
• Betin04 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to incorrect odds or a technical error.
• If a match or event is not completed within the scheduled time, the outcome of the bet will be determined in accordance with betin04's established rules.
• If a settlement is made based on incorrect scores or results, it will be corrected and the funds adjusted accordingly.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected, betin04 reserves the right to investigate and, where necessary, restrict the account.

Odds in Live Betting (in-play) change rapidly. If the odds shift after a bet is submitted, the bet will either be accepted at the new odds or may be declined.

The following conditions must be met in order to withdraw winnings:

• KYC verification must be completed.
• The deposit and withdrawal method must be the same wherever possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳ 500.
• Daily maximum withdrawal limit: ৳ 1,00,000.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until the wagering requirement on bonus funds has been met.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 12–24 hours. First-time withdrawals or large amounts may require additional verification, which can take up to 48 hours.

Betin04 places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. We believe gaming should be a source of entertainment — not addiction or financial hardship. To support this, we offer the following protective tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a defined period.
• Session Time Limit: Set a maximum playtime limit per session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Close your account on a long-term or permanent basis.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betin04 and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Bonus abuse (arbitrage betting, bonus hunting)
• Managing Multiple Accounts
• Using third-party accounts or placing bets on behalf of others
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs for personal gain
• Money laundering or illegal fund transfers
• Any attempt to hack or manipulate any part of the platform
• Threatening or harassing other members or staff
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information

Betin04 will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Loss of bets due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Any loss resulting from your account login credentials being accessed by a third party.
• Technical errors in third-party provider games (the relevant provider's policy will apply in such cases).
• Natural disasters, government decisions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Under no circumstances shall betin04's total liability exceed the amount of funds held in your account.

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw your available balance (excluding bonuses) before closing your account.

Betin04 reserves the right to close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraud or Suspicious Activity
• Being underage or providing false information
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

For any dispute, contact support first. betin04 will work to resolve the issue within 7 business days. If unresolved, you may escalate to the relevant regulatory authority.

Betin04 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, notice will be provided via email or on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
